You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App's Settings page.
Birthday wishes generated by the App are created by artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or originality of AI-generated content. Users should review generated wishes before sending.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share through the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
